The HP Agilent 11602B Transistor Fixture accepts TO-5/TO-12 packages and any three or four lead package with leads that lie on a 0.2 inch circle and whose diameters are 0.016 to 0.019 inch; DC to 2GHz; 50 ohms. Mounts on front of 8745A S-parameter test set; holds devices for S-parameter measurements in a 50-ohm, coax circuit. Both fixtures provide bias for bipolar transistors and FETs. Other devices also fit the fixtures (tunnel diodes, etc.).
